Rodd Rodriguez began his career in advertising immediately after completing his service in the United States Air Force. After coming East from California, he became creative director and manager of production services for Packaging Systems Corporation, a major packaging company. In that capacity he successfully supervised a creative team of sixteen people. Soon after he launched Richard Rodd Advertising with Dick Seideman, one of the leading copywriters on Madison Avenue, Rodd’s responsibilities at the agency included Account Management, Strategic Planning as well as Creative Services. Five years later he merged the agency with deGarmo Advertising, a much larger company.
Rodd built successful relationships with many clients, including Eli Lilly & Company, General Electric, Pathmark Supermarkets, Proctor & Gamble, Johnson Wax, and Pfizer. In the late 80’s Rodd had the opportunity to become a partner in an agency specializing in multicultural marketing where he was President and COO and worked with BBDO, TBWA and ChiatDay. Subsequently OMNICOM GROUP assumed a minority interest in the company. In 1992 he established The Rodd Group, in which OMNICOM GROUP also took a minority interest.
During Rodd’s tenure as President and CEO the agency has successfully served a variety of multicultural and health care clients including AMERIGROUP Corporation, AztraZeneca, Eli Lilly and Company, IDB BANK (Israel Discount Bank of New York), Montefiore Medical Center and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and Pfizer. As a company leader Rodd has attended summer sessions at the Harvard Business School Program created for OMNICOM GROUP executives.

Mitch Felt is a founding partner of Amity Health, and affiliate of HealthSaludUSA LLC, which was formed to facilitate knowledge and technology transfer into healthcare from disciplines and industries outside of medicine, with particular focus on human factors in performance and decision-making. Mitch has spent more than half of his thirty-year career focused in healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing, working with major NY agencies and suppliers of communications and technology-driven services. From identifying the strategic potential of a stable molecule through data-driven relationship marketing campaigns, Mitch has planned and navigated the environments that confront brand, marketing and sales management challenges. As a principal of Telerx Marketing, he organized and led operating divisions of this leading customer care outsourcing company, which was eventually sold to Merck/Medco. As part of the leadership team in various healthcare networks of the Omnicom Group, he oversaw some of the first integrated direct-to-patient pharmaceutical marketing campaigns, and was pivotal to successful direct to consumer launches of DTC for GlaxoSmithKline (Herpes Zoster), AstraZeneca(Respiratory, Migraine) and 3M (genital warts). He also engineered direct-to-patient initiatives for Janssen/Johnson & Johnson (Psychiatric, Pain) and Aventis (Vaccines). Mitch brings the ability to integrate marketing sciences and analytics and creative insights to integrate strategic, tactical, technical and pharmacoeconomic programming to capture multiple stakeholder audiences and move markets. Since September 2002 Mitch’s primary focus has been as a senior marketing strategist and consultant for healthcare, technology and retail clients; Since August 2006, he has had a long term engagements with Albert Einstein Healthcare Network in Philadelphia, where he has been responsible for installation and integration of a customer relationship management system, and overseeing the development of novel customer engagement strategies for both physicians and consumers. Since February 2007, he has also been engaged with Solstice Neurosciences, headquartered in Malvern, PA, where he advises the executive leadership and Board of Directors on strategic issues for both product lifecycle and stakeholder engagement. He is also founding partner of Applied Media Intelligence, a list and database services provider and multi-channel lead generation portal supporting healthcare marketers.
